Delivery We deliver nationwide. Standard delivery is typically 1–7 working days depending on your location; express options may be available at checkout. Delivery fees and any free-delivery thresholds are shown at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns Eligible items may be returned within the window shown at checkout, in their original condition and packaging.

For hygiene reasons, certain items — including perfumes and beauty products — cannot be returned once opened.

Refunds Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method or store wallet. Please allow a few working days for the refund to reflect.
